DEVELOPMENTAL SCREENINGS
CDSA offers childcare centers and families a free Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) developmental screening to help you get information on your child’s development and ways to encourage their growth.
Free Developmental screenings are conducted by trained parent support specialists either during a diaper bank visit or through scheduled appointments. Screenings identify areas that need improvement before the child enters school.  Other childhood related topics discussed are:  safe sleep habits, toilet training, and speech development.
Regular developmental screening is recommended for all children. Your child’s participation in this ASQ helps identify your child’s strengths as well as any areas where your child may need support.  Below, please find the link that we will be using to complete the screening https://www.asqonline.com/family/41e291.  Feel free to review it for your information.  If you need assistance completing the screening, please reach out to our parent support sprecialsists at 580-242-6131. Our staff will provide a follow-up report upon completion of your child’s screening.
